تنبيه من منظمة الصحة العالمية إلى “خدعة” في حليب الرضع

نبه خبراء من منظمة الصحة العالمية، إلى تعرض الكثير من الآباء للخداع بسبب طريقة تغليف وعرض حليب الرُضع في المتاجر، موصية بأن يباع هذا المنتج الموجه للصغار في عبوات أو أكياس عادية، بدون عبارات تسويقية.
ونبهت خبراء من منظمة الصحة العالمية، إلى أن طرق تغليف وعرض حليب الرضع، تؤدي إلى رفع الأسعار وترويج أسماء معينة.
ويمنع القانون في بريطانيا توجيه الإعلانات بشأن حليب الأطفال لآباء الرضع الذين تقل أعمارهم عن ستة أشهر، لكن الشركات تلتف حول هذا الحظر من خلال كتابة مزاعمهم حول منتجها على عبوات وأكياس الحليب.
وبحسب صحيفة “ديلي ميل”، فإن التسويق الخادع لحليب الرضع يجري عبر أوصاف من قبيل “حليب ممتاز” أو “حليب درجة أولى”، في حين أن المنتج قد لا يكون مختلفا عن غيره.
وتذهب بعض المنتجات إلى أبعد من ذلك فتزعم أن حليب الأطفال الذي تبيعه يساعد على تهدئة الطفل الذي يبكي ويصرخ.
وتقول إليزابيث داث، وهي مسؤولة في منظمة “إن سي تي” الخيرية، إن الآباء يميلون إلى شراء ما هو أغلى، من باب حسن النية، لأنهم يريدون الأفضل لأبنائهم، في حين أن الفارق الذي يؤدونه من جيوبهم، لا يكون مبررا من حيث الجودة.
وتقترح الناشطة البريطانية صدور قرار حكومي يفرض نوعا واحدا من التغليف لحليب الأطفال حتى لا يقع الآباء في الحيرة.
وتضرب الناشطة مثلا بفرض الحكومة تغليفا معينا على علب السجائر في البلاد منذ 2017، نظرا إلى الضرر الذي يلحق بالجسم من جراء التدخين.
