الدكتور صالح هاشم ممثلا لوزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي , وفي كلمته ثمن السفير الروسي منتدي الخريجين مؤكدا اهمية التواصل الروسي مع خريجي الجامعات الروسية , وحول العملية العسكرية الروسية في اوكرانيا اشار بوريسينكو الي ان روسيا علي استعداد للجلوس علي مائدة المفاوضات ولكن الرفض يأتي من الجانب الاوكراني لوقوعهم تحت تأثير الغرب وامريكا .

 

 

حول الازمة العالمية للغذاء اشار السفير الروسي انها مفتعلة من الغرب وليست بسبب العملية العسكرية , ولكنها نتيجة العقوبات التي منعت المراكب الغربية في نقل الحبوب الي دول العالم وهم متعمدون لإفتعال الازمة .

ومن جانبه اشار بافل شيفتسوف الي ان الوكالة الفيدرالية ترحب بوفود كل الدول المشاركة والتي

 

 

اكدت بمشاركتها علي اهمية التواصل مع روسيا , ونحن نري كذلك اهمية هذه المنتديات لتفعيل التعاون الروسي مع دول الشرق الاوسط وافريقيا , وفيما يخص التعاون مع افريقيا ودول الشرق الاوسط في مجال التعليم والعلوم نحرص علي تفاعل اليات التواصل في اطار المصالح المتبادلة , فيما يخص مصر فقد زادت عدد المنح المقررة الي 250 بعد ان كانت 110 في العام الماضي .

ووجود 12500 من الطلاب المصريين يدرسون في روسيا الان يعكس الثقة في التعليم الروسي .

كما نقل الدكتور صالح هاشم تحية وزير التعليم العالي الدكتور ايمن عاشور متمنيا التوفيق لفعاليات المنتدى .

 

 

 

تحدث شريف جاد رئيس الجمعية المصرية لخريجي الجامعات الروسية والسوفيتية عن تميز العلاقات الثنائية وخاصة في مجال التعليم , حيث يحرص الجانب الروسي على اعداد الكوادر المصرية لادارة المشروعات الكبرى التي تقام بين البلدين في مصر .

وتحدث الدكتور طوني معلوف رئيس الجمعية اللبنانية والاتحاد العربي لخريجي الجامعات السوفيتية والروسية الي اهمية تلك اللقاءات التي تساعد في مد جسور التواصل الروسي العربي في مجال التعليم والعلوم .

 

 

تم تنظيم مائدة مستديرة بمشاركة كل الوفود حول التعاون في مجال التعليم والعلوم بين الدول المشاركة .

 

 

في ختام اليوم الاول تم تنظيم جولة للمشاركين علي مركب نهر النيل حيث استمتع الجميع بسحر القاهرة وجمال نيلها .
