Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, voiced her concerns at a press conference, indicating that the military exercises conducted by the United States, Japan, and South Korea are not conducive to establishing a political and diplomatic settlement for the issues on the Korean Peninsula.
Zakharova further explained that Russia closely monitors developments in the Korean Peninsula and has noticed increased military activity by the United States, South Korea, and Japan.
