بالإنتقال والفحص تبين حدوث مشادة كلامية بين طرف أول (شخصين ، مصابان بسحجات متفرقة بالجسم ، مقيمان بدائرة القسم) طرف ثان (شخص ، مقيم بدائرة قسم شرطة الجمالية “توفى إثر إصابته بجرح بالبطن) وذلك لسابقة مشاهدة الطرف الأول للطرف الثانى أثناء تعديه على والده بالسب والضرب حال سيرهما بمحل البلاغ وبمعاتبتهما له تعدى عليهما بالسب وانصرف ولدى تقابلهم معه بذات المنطقة تطورت لمشاجرة تعدى خلالها الطرف الأول على الطرف الثانى بالضرب بإستخدام “لوح زجاج” نتج عن ذلك إصابته المشار إليها والتى أودت بحياته، وعقب تقنين الإجراءات أمكن ضبط الطرف الأول، وبمواجهتهما أقرا بارتكاب الواقعة
