لجأ تجار مخدرات لحيلة ماكرة للحصول على أموال كبيرة من خلال تصنيع المواد المخدرة وإضافة بعض المواد عليها لزيادة حجمها وجمع أكبر قدر من المال، حيث تابعت الإدارة العامة لمكافحة المخدرات بقطاع مكافحة المخدرات والأسلحة والذخائر غير المرخصة بالتنسيق مع قطاعات (الأمن الوطنى – الأمن العام – الأمن المركزى) وبمشاركة (مديرية أمن مطروح) و(الإدارة العامة لتدريب كلاب الأمن والحراسة بأكاديمية الشرطة) نشاط (عدة عناصر إجرامية) تخصصوا فى الإتجار بمخدر الحشيش ومحاولتهم إعادة تدويره وخلطه لمضاعفة كمياته وترويجه على نطاق واسع، وكذا حيازة الأسلحة النارية والذخائر غير المرخصة لحماية نشاطهم الإجرامى.. متخذين من دائرة قسم شرطة سيدى برانى مسرحاً لمزاولة نشاطهم الإجرامى.. عقب تقنين الإجراءات تم إستهدافهم وأمكن ضبطهم.
ونجحت الجهود في ضبط ( إثنين من العناصر الإجرامية “لأحدهما معلومات جنائية”) حال تواجدهما بدائرة قسم شرطة سيدى برانى ، وبحوزتهما (عدد 62 طربة من مخدر الحشيش وزنت 8 كيلو جرامات – كمية من مخدر البانجو وزنت 3 كيلو جرام – كمية لبذور القنب المخدر “البانجو” وزنت واحد كيلو جرام – أدوات ومعدات خاصة بإعادة تدوير مخدر الحشيش – بندقية خرطوش – بندقية رصاص – كمية من الطلقات النارية مختلفة الأعيرة – 2 سيارة بدون لوحات – مبلغ مالى – 6 هاتف محمول)، وضبط ( ثلاثة من العناصر الإجرامية “لأحدهم معلومات جنائية”) حال تواجدهم بدائرة قسم شرطة سيدى برانى ، وبحوزتهم (كمية من مخدر الحشيش وزنت 742 كيلو جرام – عدد 10000 قرص مخدر لعقار الترامادول – 2 بندقية آلية – 5 خزائن – بندقية خرطوش – كمية من الطلقات النارية مختلفة الأعيرة – 3 سيارات إحداهم بدون لوحات – مبلغ مالى عملات محلية وأجنبية – 3 هاتف محمول) وبمواجهتهم بالمضبوطات أيدوا ما جاء بالتحريات وتقدر القيمة المالية للمواد المخدرة المضبوطة (53,300٫000) ثلاثة وخمسون مليون وثلاثمائة ألف جنيه تقريباً.
